I like everything the pool room facilities and all the staff ..
What i didnt like is ... i saw a cockroah in our bed and my partned tried to kill eat it run away and we didnt know where it went .. it was literaly in our bed its too much trouble to complain cause we already checkin out about 2 hours before .. and its new year so we dont bother complaining. But over all everything is nice

Location
Property is quite old, also as required we need two bedroom that are both double and near to each other but didn't happen. My parents have to sleep in a twin bed which is the purpose of our visit to Singapore was a celebration of thier wedding anniversary they need to sleep on a separate bed. As we have a child so weed need to keep the 1 double bed for us.

Room was comfy a bit small but everything in it you need.
Breakfast was cold and nothing like the pictures. Sausages were under cooked no bacon and only 1 choice of egg. Coffee was cold overall the breakfast was a let down . Paid for it and value for money was very poor .

Great Location.
Location of the hotel. It is between two MRT stations and all the shopping attractions and restaurants on the orchard road.
"The room size was as expected, which was on the smaller side. However, I did encounter some challenges with the hotel's late check-out policy. Despite requesting an extension of just one hour, the hotel was quite inflexible and declined to accommodate my request. Eventually, I decided to pay an extra $100 to extend the checkout time of one room out of the two, but I experienced a delay of more than 45 minutes before someone came to collect my key card of the room we checked out."
